Simply by cooking and sharing a healthy meal, you will be able to support PhD Scholarships for researchers at NeuRA studying Alzheimer's and dementia.
NeuRA hopes to attract a new generation of talented young scientists to build careers by researching dementia and Alzheimer's disease. With financial assistance provided through special research scholarships, students undertaking PhD studies will be able to dedicate their time to their study and research, without the pressures of financial hardship and the distraction of part time work.
To participate simply visit
www.cookforacure.com.au, select NeuRA, register your event and send invitations to friends, family and colleagues.
PhD Student Scholarships
PhD students form an integral part of the research community at Neuroscience Research Australia. We currently have students studying under the supervision of a NeuRA faculty member in almost every research group across the institute. Our doctoral students come from both Australia and overseas and generally have a graduate degree in either medicine, science or allied health.
