Debora is currently appointed as Laboratory Manager in Cyndi Shannon’s Lab. She is also doing her Masters in research degree through the School of Psychiatry, University of New South Wales. Her Master’s research focuses on examining the role of cortical DRD2 dopamine receptor short and long isoforms in schizophrenia. Additionally she is also involved in research projects investigating effects of testosterone on non-human primate brain development, cortical and midbrain trkB receptor localization in postnatal development. She has published over 8 primary research articles in high ranking journals including Journal of Neuroscience, Schizophrenia Research and Hormones & Behavior. She has presented at over a dozen national and international meetings.
