Natalie completed a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from UNSW. In 2011 she began a Masters in Research under the supervision of Dr Arun Krishnan, Professor Matthew Kiernan and Dr Cindy Lin. Her research involves the use of electrophysiological assessment on diabetics with and without neuropathy to analyse the time course and processes of diabetic axonal dysfunction. She is also interested in quantifying quality of life in diabetics with neuropathy and is ultimately aiming to identify early markers of diabetic axonal dysfunction.
