Gail is the Aboriginal Research Assistant for the Koori Growing Well Study in Kempsey. She also volunteers as a Project Officer with the Dunghutti Youth and Culture Aboriginal Corporation where she coordinates youth activities. Gail has a Certificate III in Business Administration, has extensive experience in community welfare working with Aboriginal communities along the mid-north coast, and actively participates on committees benefiting Aboriginal communities.
