Sharon is a Registered General & Geriatric Nurse; she has Diplomas in Nursing Education & Counselling, a Health Sciences degree & Masters of Public Health. She joined The Koori Growing Old Study to translate research findings into care & practice for Aboriginal communities through the Koori Dementia Care Project. Sharon is also the director of “Ageing by Caring Pty Ltd”, a consultancy organisation that aims to enhance the ageing experience.
