She has been a director of the Tristan Jepson Memorial Foundation since its inception in 2008. The Foundation has been at the forefront of efforts to increase awareness of depression and anxiety amongst the legal fraternity and is concerned to reduce distress and disability by encouraging the promotion of good mental health and the elimination of unnecessary study and work practices that may contribute to depression, anxiety and related disorders.
